Birthday Pete

Hurrah for Saturday. Lots going on we spent a fair bit of time in the garden running about playing football, we event got the rope swing down which was fun (in a very dizzy sort of way).

I've also spotted three trees that have come down in the recent winds, not exciting trees but they'll need sorting at some point.

Out for Pete's birthday we went to the Dog and Duck for dinner which was very good. He even had a cake with candles in it.

The other big achievement today (well yesterday as this is a backblip) was my folks Golden Wedding Anniversary. 50 years, what an achievement.
