Kryal Castle.

This 'Medieval' Castle is just outside Ballarat. We spent the whole day there as there was plenty for the Grandchildren to do. I favoured the Stocks and The Rack, but they decided that Granddad would be better in them!!
There was Jousting, on horseback, with the Knights in full armour. They must have been hot!
The Wizard Workshop was fun. Also a Panto, Weapon display, Face painting and a maze.
All the children were invited to try their skills at Archery and also to have a battle with Swords and Shields. Quite entertaining to see them all having a go at 'bashing' each other. Under supervision I might add!
