Simple pleasures

A bright pair of tights (bright red, to wear with a pair of cropped black trousers and a red jumper) and a handful of gerberas. Both bought yesterday as simple treats.

I've just about caught up with the many and varied emails, messages and updates and although there was much which wasn't of particular interest one really exciting bit of news is that I've been included in plans for a rather fabulous arts event taking place at the end of April/beginning of May.

I remember being asked a while ago and saying that, yes, I was interested but while I was away my lovely chums and fellow Norwich Dandies have been beavering away planning the schedule and preparing the funding application.

On Tuesday evening of this week I'll be listening to the inspirational Peter Tatchell who is giving a talk at UEA on the unfinished battle for LGBT rights.
