Fly on the mum

Another beautiful fall day in Northeast Ohio, 68 degrees and sunny! It's been a very warm (and wet) fall which allows me to get pictures like this. This fly is no longer than 4mm in length. He was all over the mums and stopped on this one for about a minute. It is very windy which made it even tougher.
