Monte on the Roof

Another day of snow management. Monte got on the roof to clear the vents which help prevent ice dams. He's trying to decide whether or not we need to have the roof shoveled again, too. If so, it will be the first time we've ever had to had it shoveled twice in a winter. He also packed the walking trails with the snowmobile.
I drove up to visit a friend who recently got out of the hospital. I'm going to balance her checkbook for her as she was away for a month. Fortunately, the road up the hill was plowed and salted so it was easy to get up. I cleaned house as we had Kevin and Mary over for a dinner of seafood: king crab, shrimp and scallops. Key lime pie for dessert. Monte found a great sale!
