Stacked Converters and Adapters

I was bored and it was raining most of the day and dark with it so I set up the following kit and pointed it out the back bedroom window at the bird feeder that is about 25 metres away:
200mm Olympus OM lens/Olympus OM 2xA teleconverter/OM to Four Thirds adapter/EC-14 Olympus teleconverter/Four Thirds to Micro Four Thirds adapter/Olympus E-PL5 camera with 2x digital zoom switched on = 1120mm at f11, 1/125 sec, ISO 1600; in old 35mm terms that is 2240mm!
The result is rubbish, but on a sunny day with a more natural light it may be worth trying again?
