Would love to take the credit for these.... But I can't. My brother in law was the chef tonight and a mighty fine job he did as always. Y U M!!!

Lovely weekend spent chilling out. Coffee catch up with a friend, movie night with hubby, soup down by the sea in the campervan, roast dinner cooked for me and then to finish off, won a runner up prize in a FB competition - afternoon tea for 2 at Seamill Hydro in Ardrossan! Not a bad weekend at all!
