Global Focus Week

Today was the culmination of our Global Focus Week in the church. A survey during recent weeks showed that folk in the church include people who have either been born in other countries or spent at least 6 months there - the number of countries is about 60 and we had flags from all those countries brought into church and put in pride of place at the front. This evening we had a multi cultural service with singing and prayer in Spanish, Romanian, Farsi, Ethiopian, various other African languages and others I've forgotten! What a great evening.
