A Matter of Degree

Hot sauce is a Southwestern staple. Decent places offer choices. I prefer the Cholula pictured here or another brand which is not: Tapatio. I've become a bit of a snob and will no longer bother with Tabasco - the most famous. Far too vinegary for my taste.
A slow day today as new brain cells grow to take the place of those sacrificed last evening. Spent some quality time on the hammock, in the sunshine, trying to build up a tan in advance of our upcoming hols. A couple of late afternoon hefeweizens at our favorite spot, with some good grub to accompany it. We'll be off home soon to collapse on the couch an prepare for the new week.
