White double hellebore

As I said, this is the time for hellebores. This one was a bit more reclusive and shy and wouldn't show it's face, so I snipped it and put in the middle of a leaf for its portrait. Now it is floating, face up in a bowl on the dining room table. That's the best way, I think, to display these pretty winter flowers---serenely floating on water.
