Painting the town
Today was a super fun Saturday. The weather was the most beautiful that I can remember. The breeze was cool, the sun was warm and shining without a cloud in sight. Jimmy slept in a little since he got called in to work in the middle of the night, so I got up and enjoyed a morning to myself. Once the dead had arisen, we decided to head down to the San Jose area to look at sectionals and have some lunch. We went to this upscale consignment shop that had a lot of nice things, but just not the perfect couch for us. From there we had lunch at a little brunch place called First Watch, and it was very good. There was a ton of people in there, also with the same idea that we had. We ate a great lunch and headed out for a little more shopping. All in all we hit up petco, TJ Maxx, Native Sun, and antique mall, and BJs. It was a nice day out and we both had a lot of fun. I'm very lucky my husband isn't picky on what type of entertainment he is up for, he just goes with the flow and always has a good attitude.
I bought my first kombucha today and it wasn't that bad actually. I got a guava flavor and though it was tangy, it was pretty darn good too.
