Dinner!

Dinner is served! I will not be home to cook dinner this week, so it was great that I got to roast a chicken and all the fixin's. The chicken was so tender and I'm glad my family enjoyed it.

The Winter Olympics have come to a close! It's amazing to watch incredible athletes compete every four years. We're watching the closing ceremony - what a sight to see the torch now has passed on to South Korea to host the next Winter Olympics.

So to look ahead, here's Symphonic Fantasia Korea.
