Sunday morning shoot

This is where I did a family photo shoot this morning. 45 min north of my house, the steady rain turned to an unexpected heavy snow and I was thankful for this incredibly cool roof over our heads. What a great family that put up with not only the cold weather and snowy conditions, but also my suggestion to do their shoot at the Northern State Hospital Farm. The dilapidated barns on the property of the Northern State Hospital are said to be haunted by the spirits of the patients that used to reside at the mental hospital up the road. I've posted a few more pictures from the farm grounds to give you an idea of the beautiful canvas a photographer has to work with here.
