Goblet

We've had our game of Goblet out the last two days and the kids have been having a blast! Even Tyler and Mia have played a few civilized games of Goblet. They are civilized in that Mia doesn't throw a fit everytime she loses AND Tyler frequently provides opportunities for Mia to win! Both kids are happy and I have LOVED watching them play the last couple of days!

Today was a family day that started out watching Dad coach basketball. Our team won and the kids got popcorn, so all was right with the world! After a few quick errands, we headed home for naps and football in the snow! It was a very relaxing afternoon and something I should do more of. I'm notorious for never being able to sit still and relax... But today I did!

We also spent time working on a preschool project together as a family. We are gearing up for a family feast at preschool and in preparation, we are decorating a big house that Tyler painted with our own familiy members and such. Since Tyler is so into cutting, I found cut out people that we could all cut out and we each decorated our own person. Then, we made a table and a turkey to put on it! I might have been the only one in heaven but it was a blast working on a project together as a family!

Now, the day is ending, watching Oregon beat Arizona...Go Ducks!
