Hands?

The ultimate tool..I decided today to start a series of photographs of hands at work.. I am looking forward to finding hands (not always mine!) in all sorts of work over the next few months and hope you will find enjoyment in seeing some of the skills they are employed in. We take them for granted and I thought it was time to highlight their lot!!

Today they are marmalade making (again!!) (yes we eat a lot of marmalade!! but I also give a lot away!!) The slippery process of removing the seeds from the already squeezed and rather slippery orange halves before slicing them up and cooking the peel.
