Happy 16th Birthday Rowan!

I made a chocolate brownie meringue cake with raspberry cream. It was epic! Rowan loved it and I have to say it was delicious. It won't last long!

Rowan was incredibly patient as no one made it home before 7pm and then the Rayburn wouldn't fire up. It could have been a disaster, but after some silent pleading on my part, the oven roared into life and the chinese meal Rowan had requested was soon sizzling away.
