To Crow about Things

Today was my turn to collect grand-child No.1 from school.

As I was walking in to the main door I was surprised to see this very large flock of enthusiastic corvids overhead and in the trees of the school car park.

I have to use the family name because I really could not tell whether they were rooks or jackdaws.

There is a nearby tree in this locality where I was once able to collect a very large number of wild cherries and which were put to good use!
