Press up challenge anyone?

Three of my work colleagues and I today embarked on a little challenge. Three of my work colleagues and I are basically daft. Today we started the press up challenge. This means 6 weeks today all four of us have to do 100 press ups straight off without stopping (proper press ups not like Mr Bean would do). The spreadsheet is a training plan to enable us to achieve our goal. Every other day we do a set, highlighted in the sheet, with a 45 second break in between. So today that's 11 press ups followed by 12,9,9 then 13 - each with a 45 second break. That was fine but look at say week 3 or 4!! Truly bonkers. Arms hurt already & I don't want Wednesday to come...
