My Monday morning quilting ladies have prepared a bundle of 20 quilts for delivery to Tucson, Arizona. Someone will collect them on Sunday after the service in church. In the meanwhile, our amazing Marilyn has left them on display in the sanctuary to advertise the work of our little group. She knows that if she brings our projects to the attention of the congregation they will keep us in mind when it comes to support and donations. As you know, it never hurts to blow your own horn once in a while! (I just learned today that Marilyn is 85. I can't believe she's over 70!)
