STRESSED.COM

So tonight I was ready to book our summer holiday, a chance to park our backsides on a hot sunny beach and unwind for a week. Unfortunately Thomson's useless website has made me so stressed that I now need this holiday more than I did a couple of hours ago!

The useless sods took payment twice, kept me on hold for an eternity when I phoned to sort it and god knows when I'll get the 2nd payment refunded! But at least we're getting a holiday.
