New recipes with roast and stir-fry

Vegetarian stir-fry: dried bean curd, baby corn, carrot, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower - all sliced and stir-fried.

Aubergine with lamb/mutton mince: halved aubergine topped with marinated lamb/mutton (rice wine, garlic, light soy sauce, cumin power) roasted in an oven for half an hour.

Worth the efforts!
