Lazy Day

The boys had an Inset day today, and no amount of persuading could get them to step foot out of the front door.

I'd seen some fancy biscuits in a magazine that were beautifully decorated with icing so decided to give them a try. The boys weren't that interested but I threatened the removal of iPads which seemed to do the trick!

Hmm, they were a right faff to decorate, although I did manage not to get too twitchy when the boys dripped icing over the edges of the biscuit.... I've no idea how people get the icing to look so professional.... They didn't taste too bad though :-)
