This is the latest gadget designed to help manage my complex programme of commitments.

I was advised by my consultant who keeps me on my toes with regular advice and guidance. Today I learned that I am actually a "time tw*t" with no concept of my own time and consequently other peoples. I think this is remarkably insightful and accurate . I have invested in this tool to help.
