Salmon Patty

After our few days of milder weather, winter came back again with it's cold temps and blizzard like snow bursts. I decided not to look for an outside adventure with that cold wind, so I chose a picture of our dinner. Alaska Sockeye Red Salmon, made into patties, with smashed potatoes and home made, old fashion slaw. Tasty, healthy and satisfying.
