Bangkok to Chiang Mia

It was decided that we would leave Bangkok and so we booked a night bus for later that evening to Chiang Mia.We dumped our luggage in the bus depot and went for some massages. Alison got a 30 min foot massage and a 30 minute pedicure. I opted for a 1 hour oil massage which when looking back was more like a one hour ass kicking. The women in Thailand are tiny but by god are they strong when it comes to giving a massage.

After feeling relaxed it was time to head onto our bus for a small 12 hour journey. Wow this journey was hell and let's just leave it at that.
