Indian Breakfast

With a bit of time to spare before leaving for the airport I thought I would blip my last Indian breafast - not our usual fresh baked rolls but a very delicious classic Indian breakfast of Masala Dosa which is basically a crisp pancake stuffed with lightly curried vegetables, with a masala sauce on the side to dip into and a coconut chutney. Fab.

Great design quirks in this boutique hotel. Breakfast was in a conservatory overlooking an astro turfed garden with plush seats. On the ceiling plant pots were hung upside down with trailing ivy etc hanging down; you can just see the green grassy place mat under my dosa plate.
