Happy!!

Life has been busy….also a lot of stress…..for those who know me well, will know what's going on. Still hoping at the end of this there will be a wonderful and joyous outcome!!!

Yesterday I only came online to post my blip photo. The rest of the time I did other things, went into town, did a 5.8km run, relaxed on the couch in front of the TV - spend a night with hubby as I don't teach on a Monday night. He was exhausted so didn't go to gym….

This morning I again woke to a beautiful winter's day. After doing a few normal day to day chores I went out for a walk with my camera. The two women in my blip photo I noticed while behind them….as I came up to them I greeted….we then had a little conversation in my broken German. I told them it was like a * German lesson * for me to speak to someone who could not speak English…They told me they from Russia, been living in Germany for 15 years. What I admired was that they were in their 70's, one had a bad leg, and there they were walking up the hill, enjoying the lovely winter's day. My hubby gets annoyed with me as I speak to stranger's :) something he will never do.

This afternoon I am doing a Personal Training session at home, cooking dinner…Salmon with sweet potato….then teaching The Power Ladies a fitness class….4 and a half weeks to my CT trip….time is flying now!
