Coventry

This is a very crap photo, but it was taken late evening on a phone through the gaps in a wire fence, so I think I have some minor excuses.

Coventry is essentially one large roadwork at the moment - it seems impossible to make a (bicycle) journey without having to negotiate barriers, ramps, inappropriately placed wheelbarrows, broken down milkvans, road cones, diversions or just bike paths that finish without warning. I'm sure it will all be lovely when it's finished [/forced smile]. Apparently one junction of the ring road (AKA the arsehole of Coventry) will be closed from March until December this year. Even the NHS moves more quickly than that.
