Parking motorbike here?

As you can see,some guy parking his motoerbike there, just blocking the stair. So if i want to use the stair,i have to stride over the bike skillfully. But since i am living on the 11st floor, and i take elevator everyday,so that doesn't seem to bother me. But what if i want to use the stair for working up? Good, now it gives me a good excuse for being lazy.hehehe.... Anyway, good use of the waste sapce, buddy.
