4 fingers fried chicken

I came across this interesting new store selling what they touted as American Fried Chicken but with Korean secret seasoning.
But I do agree after eating that the chicken really taste good although the price is slightly steep.
I asked the manager why the name "4fingers". She replied it's the action of pinching the chicken wings with 2 fingers on each hand while you are eating it.....interesting explanation....when she turned around, I saw the print on the back of her jersey. It says "BOSS".....lol
