Aubergine, mushroom and chickpea curry

I mentioned yesterday that I hoped to cure my cold with a curry. Some blippers kindly asked for the recipe so here it is. I used Blurb to publish my cook book after several years of trying to remember to take pictures of the food from recipes I devised. This recipe is so easy and tasty, and yes my sniffles are better today - I've just got a sinus head now, which I'm hoping will blow away on the moor. But it's raining already, again.
