Jesso and myself

Spent the day at the beach today. I started at Noosa main beach but soon left as there was a slight wind that kept putting sand into my face! So walked over to the dog beach as it is protected from the wind. Found a spot all by myself and got a bit of shade. At the dog beach there is almost a moat that goes around a little bit of sand in the middle which you can swim out too.
Had a boost smoothie for lunch and walked up to noosa point to watch the surfers. There was one very good surfer and I watched a guy cut into his wave and he just surfed right around him which looked very funny!
Max is selling Duncan's bike and had to check out the gears so he pumped up the tyres on another bike and so I could ride down with him. The old road bike that Duncan has is so hard to ride as the seat is so high up and the handles are proper racing ones! There is a speed dial on the bikes so we could see the speed. You could get up to 50km/h on the racing bike.
Made a quiche with Dunc tonight.
