Y is for ............. Yeast Extract

Yeast Extract is more or less the same as Marmite.
If I cannot afford Marmite which is more often than not I buy Yeast Extract.

I plan on giving it up for Lent, but cannot wait for Lent to be over before it starts because Yeast Extract is a good part of my staple Diet :o)
Planning on giving up all Yeast Products for Lent.
