It was awesome seeing Abby in her element at an event she helped organize an event called Make Memphis. Over 50 people came and pitched ideas for initiatives to improve the city (everything from guerrilla gardens to college app mentor programs). Abby's group was connecting people with one another,  providing resources and actually getting things off the ground. I got to register peoples ideas and workshop with a smaller group. It was really cool to be a part of the Memphis grass roots entrepreneurism scene, if only for an afternoon.
