Sit a bit

Lola is a wild one out walking, if she's not got her nose to the ground and pulling my arm off while on the short lead, she's running in circles and tying us up in the long lead - sometimes it's just good to sit still and 'smell the roses', as the dog trainer says "dogs need to learn to see their surroundings in a quiet way too" - so this is us taking a break from the sniffing, pulling and running to be calm. Can you see she's just raring to set off again!?
