New sleep band

I bought this sleep band from Betterwear and am going to give it a try tonight.
It is suppose to work on the pressure points in the wrist.
I do hope this works as I am fed up with only sleeping an hour waking for 40 odd minutes before dropping off again and only sleep for an hour and on and on and on till the alarm goes off
