I grew one last year and the year before. I have grown one every year since Grandma died. She used to have a velvet hat this colour. I remember her wearing it for a wedding with a purple knitted dress!

In other news we went to the appliance place t the RVI. Beloved is getting a new splint, a carbon fibre bouncy one for our holidays! He was setting up his appointment whilst I got to sit in a cupboard full of false boobs. It was a surreal experience....

Beloved is a bit better again today.
