Refreshed …and Birthday Cake?

I went to the most Biblically-sound church that I've visited on this side of the world this morning. It helped that we sang contemporary worship songs too. Don't get me wrong -- I love the local songs, but how sweet and refreshing to this western-born girl to sing a few Hillsong songs. Can I get an amen?

And this little moment of the service was to celebrate the people of the church who had a birthday in February. Yes and please to giving God glory and celebrating these peoples' lives and handing out cake at the end of the service.

It's honestly the best mix ever: worshipping Jesus + birthday cake. Best.
