Calm

Another "whoosh" kinda day starting with heading into Cheltenham for a networking meeting where I was giving a talk covering this material - think it went down well - there were certainly lots of questions!

Then, as I knew the day was just going to be even more "whooshy" I took two minutes when I was leaving the hotel to have a few deep breaths and soak up the calming atmosphere of their reception area - and of course make sure the blip was in the bag ;-)

Lots more "whooshing" then followed and there's still more to come.

Thankfully all I need to do tomorrow is sit in the car for a rather long time!
