St Mary's and Lych- Gate, Flowton

It was such a glorious sunny afternoon I decided to take a more scenic route home today. Isn't is amazing when you decide to drive down single track roads at a leisurely pace taking in the scenery and looking for something to blip, that you seem to attract everything on wheels within a 5 mile radius and in a hurry, to follow you!! Rant over.
This is St Mary's Church and Lych-Gate in the village of Flowton, 4 miles west of Ipswich. According to records its an unusually complete example of an early 14th century Parish Church built from flint.
