Health check - I'm normal!!

That's according to my Doctor. Had our blood test last week, results came back today, also had an ECG, I'm perfectly ok. Roy on the other hand isn't, he has to go back to the cardiologist, slight problem with his heart, again, and his good cholesterol is too low, so we have to eat more fish and less meat so that will boost the HDL, without compromising the LDL, then its another blood test for him in 6 months time.
