Autumn on the way?

37 degrees C today, and yet, the leaves on my roses turned to a very automny colour...
The sun is now rising later, noticeably so. I'm looking forward to the change in seasons.
Much happening on the professional front, a job opportunity came up, for a job i could do parallel to the 3 I already have. I'm very excited about this one as it would be working for/with one of my closest friends.
Don't want to say too much here, but I might disclose more info soon.
