Need to get away

And still it continues ... dull, grey, miserable, chilly. This is turning into quite the worst bout of weather in ages. It's enough to get anyone down and want to pack up and head off somewhere else, just for a break from it all. At least we've decided where we're going for this year's main holiday: Croatia, in September. First we thought of Dubrovnik as the base of operations, and then Pula. ButThe Rough Guide doesn't exactly make Pula sound like a happening place, so we're thinking more of Split, and zeroing in on Dalmatia as the part of Croatia we'll honour with our presence.

Meanwhile, even the weekend's short trip outside Dublin was enough to whip up a mild feeling of wanderlust. One client is safely tucked away, sounding potentially happy with the result of the long-drawn-out labours. Now it's down to sorting out the other one and being able to devote the end of the week to quality me-time.
