Heading for Cumbria

We left a sunny Cheltenham with my sister and her husband waving us off at 7.15 am. The journey north was good although the dark clouds threatened in the distance and later turned to rain. The rainbow appeared to growwwww in front of us and just had to be blipped with the iPad, raindrops as well.

We called into Penrith to see John's aunt and uncle both of whom are in their nineties and a pleasure to visit. We are now back in Bothel in Cumbria until Saturday morning.
