Organised chaos!

I do not know how many of you have ever been involved in setting up a booth or stand at an Expo or Trade Show? Those who have done so know what hard work it is, and also know that it is a scene of organised chaos on the 2 days leading up to the Expo opening.

Today I had a look at the opening setup period of the Arnold Sports Festival Expo and it was a scene of incredible chaos. There were piles of stuff everywhere - packing crates, boxes of product, trade stands in pieces, audio visual equipment, signage, drink stands, piles of carpet and more. This is an overview photo from the quietest spot I could find, with fork-lift trucks buzzing around behind me.

Greater chaos!

The Arnold Sports Festival is known as the largest multi-sport festival in USA and most fans agree it is the greatest sports-fitness experience of a lifetime.

This year the EXPO will again feature more than 700 booths of the latest in sports equipment, apparel and nutrition, and an Expo main stage that hosts unique, non-stop competitions and entertainment from Friday through Sunday.

This Fitness EXPO is USA's largest health and fitness exposition and it is expected that this year the total attendance should reach the magic 200,000 for a new record.

The EXPO Stage where I will be most of the time hosts the Arnold Strongman Classic and prejudging for the Men's 212 Class, Fitness International and Figure International competitions.
Other highlights include the Arnold Amateur Strongman Contest, Armwrestling and the Arnold Amateur Bodybuilding finals for men and women.
