Mellow yellow

Been in a meeting all day but quite enjoyed it - nice to see an old face and learned a few interesting things. Rushed off to pick Lottie up from school - was a couple of minutes late and she indignantly told me she had been waiting. Typically when she is usually the last one out she had been first tonight - but her teacher did say they had only been out a minute!

This morning was beautiful and I had high hopes for a lovely blip this afternoon - but the clouds had gathered and we had a heavy shower. On the plus side it was still daylight so I went out into the garden and, just for a change, blipped a flower! This is one of my miniature daffodils - they won't last long so best make the most of them.
