Super Cath in the caff

I met up for lunch with my pal Cathy today. I haven't seen her for a few weeks, so it was fab having a great old natter... and good to see her looking so well...

I'm doing rather well on the food front at the moment... and I'm predicting the weekend won't be a diet affair either .... better get myself to the gym tomorrow and work up some room....
