You looking at me? ...

Thankfully today was a much better day! Got a couple of yoga sessions in so my back/neck is feeling loads better and the grey has been replaced by some lovely pastels. Sunny and warm day and went to visit my friend Tricia and her crazy bunch of Australian shepherds. Also stopped by at the new practice to meet the rest of the staff who weren't there last week. Second impression ... just as lovely :-)
