Real world

Couldn't think of a title and someone on Outnumbered just said "real world" so that's what it is.

This morning I shoved a great load of food shopping in the fridge and cupboards and spent some time trying to fill in a form for the psychologist. I think I've missed out everything important but I'm making a start and it feels good.
Richard came home for lunch and then we took the dog for a walk on the beach.

I spent the rest of the afternoon gardening. Mostly just weeding and getting some space ready for potatoes. I've no idea where the time went. It was lovely to be outside in the sunshine and not feel cold.
