A soothing rub!

Seem to have a niggle in my neck! Not good when I want to run a half marathon on Sunday!

Oh well! Had a last short run this evening with my lovely mate Alex, and she brought along Ross Davenport! (As you do) he's a swimmer if anyone not sure who I mean! He's running these days, and training for Paris and London marathons, plus the come back ramathon in June!
